For graphics I usually go to myhotcomments.com because they have ALOT of different kinds.
For layouts I usually go to hotfreelayouts.com because they have alot. Also, I have alot of those layout myspace sites that people make on myspace added to my list, alot of them are really nice.
When I first got a myspace I went to freeweblayouts.net but I stopped, too many people use those layouts and I like to have my stuff different.

My Space or Yours? makes the cleanest and most professional layouts I've seen. And their site is really easy to navigate. I highly recommend all of their layouts! They truly are spectacular.
They also have really funny picture comments for birthdays and stuff, as well as icons, contact tables, etc.
