I know how to do graphics and stuff.. but I was wondering.. How do you make your own custom layout? Like in createblog.com

Well if you want to create you own, i always use this web site to help me.

If you want to somewhat copy createblog's designs you can just take some of their codes and copy and paste it onto your new one. Or you can look at the scripts they provide and use all those code to make your own customized one.
Another thing to look out is a pattern in all the different layout codes. that might help you understand the different parts of the HTML or CCS better. if you want to go ahead of finding things out yourself. You can use web sites that have tons of tutorials.
